How we handle your info and keep things secure
Last Updated: November 5, 2025
Look, we get it - nobody actually wants to read privacy policies. But here's the thing: we're just a local shop working on cars we love, and we take your privacy seriously. This isn't some corporate template filled with legal mumbo-jumbo. We're gonna be straight with you about what info we collect and why we need it.
When you book an appointment or reach out to us, we're gonna need your name, phone number, and email. Pretty standard, right? Can't exactly call you about your BMW's timing chain if we don't have your number. We also grab your vehicle info - make, model, year, VIN - because working on a 2018 Audi A4 is way different than a 2015 Mercedes E-Class.
We keep records of what we've done to your car. Every oil change, every diagnostic scan, all the parts we've replaced. It's not Big Brother stuff - it's just good practice. When your Porsche comes back six months later, we can see what we did last time and catch patterns before they become expensive problems.
Obviously we need to process payments. We use secure payment processors and don't actually store your full credit card numbers on our systems. That's way above our pay grade, and we're cool with letting the pros handle that part.
Like most sites, we use cookies and analytics to see how people use our website. Which pages get the most hits, where folks are clicking, that sort of thing. It helps us make the site better. We're not tracking your every move across the internet - we're just trying to figure out if our services page is actually helpful or needs work.
We're not selling your info to anyone. We're not bombarding you with spam. We're just running a shop and trying to take care of our customers' cars.
We don't go around sharing your personal details for fun. But there are a few situations where we might need to pass along some info:
We take security seriously, even if we're just a neighborhood shop. Our computer systems are password-protected, we use encryption where it makes sense, and we're careful about who has access to customer records. Physical files are locked up when we're not using them.
Is it Fort Knox? Nah. But we've got solid protections in place. If there's ever a breach (knock on wood), we'll let you know right away and tell you what happened and what we're doing about it.
This is your info, not ours. Here's what you can do:
Wanna see what we've got on file? Just ask. We'll show you.
If something's wrong in your records, let us know and we'll fix it.
You can request deletion, though we might need to keep some stuff for legal or business reasons.
Don't want reminder emails? No problem. Just tell us and we'll stop.
Our website uses cookies - not the chocolate chip kind, unfortunately. These are little files that help the site work better and remember stuff like your preferences. Most browsers let you control cookies if you're not into them. Just know that blocking all cookies might make parts of the site wonky.
We're using basic analytics to understand traffic patterns. We're not building detailed profiles or following you around the web. That's just not our scene.
Our services aren't aimed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect info from kids. If you're a parent and think your kid's info ended up in our system somehow, get in touch and we'll delete it ASAP.
Things change. Laws get updated, we might add new services, whatever. If we need to update this privacy policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. For major changes, we'll probably send an email or put up a notice on the site.
If you've got questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your info, don't be shy. We're here to help.
