How We Got Here
Started Small, Dreamed Big
Kicked things off in a two-bay shop with more ambition than square footage. Just me and my partner, a pile of European car manuals, and this crazy idea that Vancouver needed a place where BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Porsche owners could get honest, skilled work without the dealership pricing.
Invested in Serious Tech
Dropped a chunk of change on proper diagnostic equipment - the kind that actually talks to these complex European systems. Got ourselves factory-level scan tools and started building relationships with parts suppliers who understand the difference between 'will fit' and 'is correct.'
Word Got Around
Turns out fixing things right the first time is good for business - who knew? Our appointment book started filling up months ahead. Added two more techs who actually knew their way around VANOS systems and dual-clutch transmissions. That year taught us we were onto something real.
Moved to Commercial Drive
Found our current spot and it felt like home immediately. Six full bays, proper lifts, climate-controlled workspace for those finicky electronics. Finally had room to do the job right without playing automotive Tetris every morning. Installed a legit transmission rebuild area too.
Expanded Our Expertise
Sent our lead tech to Germany for advanced training on the latest hybrid and electric systems. Because let's face it - European luxury ain't going back to simple. Started seeing more Porsche Taycans and BMW i8s rolling through. We adapted.
Built a Reputation
Other shops started calling us when they got stuck on tough diagnostics. That felt pretty good, honestly. Brought on a specialist just for electrical systems because modern cars have more computing power than the Apollo missions. No joke.
Leveled Up Again
Invested in a dyno for proper performance tuning and diagnostics. Added a dedicated alignment bay with specs for every European make we service. Started offering pick-up and delivery 'cause we know your time's valuable. Team grew to eight full-time techs, all trained on specific makes.
Still Learning, Still Growing
